This is due to its keeping up with the latest information, use of skilled labor, high-performance products, successful partnerships, and closeness to customers, for whom it develops tailored solutions and formulas, all of which have allowed for considerable and solid brand strengthening.

History

Traditionally known by its "Hydroplan-EB" trademark, the company is officially named Empresa de Base & Distribuidora Ltda., founded in 1999, having achieved national and international recognition for its innovative work in developing a wide range of products and solutions focused on efficiency in production systems.

Its growth is the result of the management model implemented by its founders, members of the Jamal Group, present in important segments of the economy since 1957 and a benchmark on the market for lumber, plywood and hardware.

The Jamal Group contributed significantly to Hydroplan-EB's commitment to entrepreneurship. In 1981, the Group entered the agricultural segment, acquiring a farm called Fazenda Barão de Cocaes in the municipality of Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo, in the state of São Paulo. In addition to the production of sugarcane and coffee, the property is also used for raising cattle and growing eucalyptus. In the same year, the Jamal Group acquired CENTERBRÁS-AG, one of the largest business centers in São Paulo, with 35,000 square meters, where Hydroplan-EB is also located today.
